- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This office forgot to file my form for state and only filed it for federal. So they had to refile the taxes. Now i wont even get them till June or July! Then on top of that, i was told from the store manager and other employees that you cannot setup a appointment for a second look. And that they would have to have time too look at it and I would have too drop it off. Nothing but problems I could go on and on. So I went to Cicero,N.y. office and was taking care of the way i should've been.By Dustypan, November 14, 2016
